Ingredients

1Β½ cups whole milk
1Β½ cups light cream

2 cups sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 to 14 ounces of chopped, cooked Maine lobster meat
1 tablespoon diced chives
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400ΒΊF (200ΒΊC). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until just al dente, drain, and set aside.
