Instructions

1-First, prepare your watermelon by cubing it into 1-inch pieces and removing any seeds to ensure a smooth blend. Place the cubes on a tray and freeze them until solid, which might take a few hours and makes the base extra creamy.

2-Next, gather your sweetener, lime juice, and salt. In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon with 1/3 cup of your chosen liquid sweetener, 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt.

3-Blend everything until it’s smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to get an even texture. The result is a refreshing mixture that balances sweet and tart flavors perfectly.
