1 block cream cheese
1 can condensed chicken soup
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
2.25 pounds ground beef
1 box bowtie noodles
Optional: 1 cup reserved pasta water
Optional toppings: sautéed onions, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the noodles.
2. Over medium heat, brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it into small pieces. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the processed cheese, cream cheese, condensed chicken soup, and undrained diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir over medium heat until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
4. Add the cooked bowtie noodles to the sauce. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed. Serve warm.
