– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)


Instructions

1-First, prepare the cucumber by grating it finely and squeezing out the excess water with a clean cloth or sieve this keeps your sauce from getting too watery.

2-Next, in a medium bowl, combine the drained cucumber with 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 grated garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, and optionally 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint. Stir everything together gently until it’s well mixed, then cover and chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
