Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
2-In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons ketchup with Worcestershire sauce.
3-Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and cook the minced onion until translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
4-In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground turkey, cooked onion, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, and marjoram, taking care not to overmix.
5-Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a baking pan.
6-Spread the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce mixture on top of the meatloaf.
7-Bake uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes and then let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
