Ingredients
500g bread flour
7g instant yeast
25g sugar
7g salt
300ml water
Instructions
1-Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2-Prepare the vegetables: Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and onions into bite-sized pieces.
3-Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4-Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken with the chopped vegetables, cooked rice, and your choice of seasonings.
5-Fill the peppers: Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Stuff each pepper with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
