Description

πŸ… Fresh, ripe tomatoes bring bright summer flavor to this light, refreshing salad.
πŸ§€ Creamy goat cheese and aromatic herbs add richness and a burst of freshness perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale

3 large, ripe tomatoes, sliced thickly (approximately 450 g total)

2 Tbsp crumbled soft goat cheese (approximately 30 g)

2 Tbsp basil vinaigrette (approximately 30 ml)

2 tsp freshly chopped herbs (such as basil, parsley, or chives) (approximately 10 g)

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, optional

Instructions

1-Arrange the tomato slices: on a serving plate to create a colorful base.

2-Drizzle the basil vinaigrette: evenly over the tomatoes for a fresh, herbaceous flavor.

3-Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese and the chopped herbs: on top to add creaminess and aroma.

4-Season: with a pinch of sea salt and, if you like, a bit of freshly ground black pepper.

5-Serve: right away or chill briefly; remember to keep the goat cheese chilled until you’re ready to use it for easier crumbling.

Notes

🌿 Use fresh, flavorful tomatoes for the best taste and texture.
πŸ§€ Keep the goat cheese chilled (or briefly freeze for 10–15 minutes) for easier crumbling.
πŸ‹ If you don’t have basil vinaigrette, blend fresh basil with olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar for a quick homemade version.
