Ingredients

2 Tbsp basil vinaigrette (approximately 30 ml)
2 tsp freshly chopped herbs (such as basil, parsley, or chives) (approximately 10 g)
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, optional
Instructions
1-Arrange the tomato slices: on a serving plate to create a colorful base.
2-Drizzle the basil vinaigrette: evenly over the tomatoes for a fresh, herbaceous flavor.
3-Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese and the chopped herbs: on top to add creaminess and aroma.
4-Season: with a pinch of sea salt and, if you like, a bit of freshly ground black pepper.
