Ingredients
– 4 1/2 cups coconut milk (or whole milk as an alternative)
– 6 oz dark chocolate, cut into chunks
– 1/3 cup tahini
– 2-4 Tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
– 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of sea salt (optional)
– Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
– Whipped cream, for topping
– Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1-Add the coconut milk to a medium saucepan and heat over medium-low until steaming, about 5 minutes.
2-Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chocolate chunks, tahini, honey, and optional cinnamon, then cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
3-Whisk until smooth; return to low heat if needed to keep it steaming.
4-Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
5-Ladle into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
