Instructions

1-First: preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and get a baking sheet ready.

2-In a large bowl: mix the rhubarb with the orange zest, orange juice, and honey until it’s all coated nicely.

3-Spread this mixture out in a single layer on the baking sheet for even cooking.

4-Roast it for 25-30 minutes, giving it a stir halfway through to ensure tender results.

5-Once done, let it cool a bit before serving.
