Ingredients

– 1/2 pound (about 227 grams) peeled and deveined shrimp

– 1/2 cup (about 60 grams) crab meat

– 1/2 cup (about 60 grams) scallops

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 2 minced garlic cloves

– 1 finely chopped shallot

– 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream

– 2 ounces (56 grams) cream cheese

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1/4 cup (25 grams) grated Parmesan

– 1/2 cup (56 grams) shredded mozzarella

– 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1-Getting started with this recipe: Begin by setting the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and preparing a large crusty bread bowl by cutting off the top and hollowing out the center. Toast this bread bowl for 8 to 10 minutes to make it nice and crisp.

2-Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and sautΓ© the 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 finely chopped shallot until they smell amazing. Add the 1/2 pound peeled and deveined shrimp and 1/2 cup scallops, cooking them until they turn opaque. Then, stir in the 1/2 cup crab meat to mix everything up.

3-Lower the heat and add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 ounces cream cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until it all blends into a smooth sauce. Mix in half of the 1/4 cup grated Parmesan and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheeses for extra creaminess.

4-Fill the toasted bread bowl with this seafood mixture, then top it with the rest of the cheeses. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until it’s golden and bubbling. Finish with 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
