Instructions
1. Prepare Strawberry Topping: Mix cornstarch with water. In a saucepan, combine mashed strawberries, cornstarch mixture, and sugar; cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened (3-5 minutes). Add lemon zest or juice, cook briefly, then cool.
