– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

– 16 ounces plain Greek yogurt as a dietary swap for sour cream

– 2/3 cup coconut cream as a dietary swap for heavy cream

– 14 ounces vegan condensed milk as a dietary swap for sweetened condensed milk


Instructions

1-First: wash and hull 32 ounces of fresh strawberries, then slice them evenly. This step ensures every bite is juicy and consistent.

2-Next, in a mixing bowl, combine 16 ounces of sour cream, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 2/3 cup heavy cream, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.

3-Beat the mixture with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until it’s smooth and creamy.

4-Layer Β½ cup of sliced strawberries into a serving cup, then pour Β½ cup of the cream mixture over them.
