2-Once that’s done, add the peppers and mushrooms, cooking them until tender, which usually takes another 5 to 8 minutes. This step lets the veggies soften and blend with the steak’s juices.

3-Next, stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes. This brings all the flavors together into a savory one-dish meal that’s ready in roughly 45 minutes.

4-Finally, serve it up hot, perhaps over rice or with mashed potatoes, for a complete and comforting dinner.
