Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Frozen peas
Cream of chicken soup
Chicken broth

Refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces
Instructions
1. Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Add chopped carrots, celery, and onions.
3. Pour in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
4. Season with garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
6. Remove the cooked chicken and shred it using two forks.
