Ingredients
1 lb penne pasta
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
4 cloves minced garlic
28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
1/3 cup fresh basil
1/3 cup parsley
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
