Ingredients
2 tubes of crescent rolls
8 beaten eggs
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon flour
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon pepper
Optional: 4 slices cooked and chopped bacon
Optional seasonings: garlic powder, Slap Ya Mama seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out the crescent rolls onto a large rimmed baking sheet and pre-bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
3. In a skillet, brown the sausage, breaking it into small pieces, then remove from the pan and place on the pre-baked crust.
4. Mix flour, milk, and pepper and whisk into sausage drippings, bringing to a gentle boil until thickened.
5. Spread the warm sausage gravy over the crust.
6. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until firm but still slightly wet, then add on top of the gravy.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and optional bacon evenly over the pizza.
8. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
