2 jars (25 oz each) marinara sauce

40 oz frozen cheese ravioli (beef or spinach cheese ravioli can be substituted)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnishing)


Instructions

1-Start: Start by preheating your oven to 400Β°F and spraying a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. This sets the stage for even cooking and prevents sticking.

2-Spread sauce: Next, spread half of one jar of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of the dish to create a moist base.

3-Layer ravioli and cheese: Then, layer half of the 40 oz of frozen cheese ravioli evenly on top of the sauce. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over that layer for a cheesy goodness. Repeat the process with the remaining sauce, ravioli, and cheeses to build those classic lasagna vibes.

4-Bake covered and uncovered: Once assembled, cover the dish with aluminum foil that’s been sprayed with cooking spray to avoid any mess. Bake it covered for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce bubbles nicely.

5-Rest and garnish: Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, and add the optional 1/3 cup of chopped fresh basil for a fresh finish.
