Ingredients

– 3 cups organic Greek yogurt for creaminess and protein

– 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, finely chopped for natural sweetness, tartness, and antioxidants

– 1/2 cup shaved almonds for crunchy texture and healthy fats

– 2 tablespoons honey (optional) for enhanced sweetness


Instructions

1-First, grab a large bowl and mix the 3 cups of organic Greek yogurt with the 2 tablespoons of honey until it’s smooth and well combined. Next, stir in half of the 1 cup of finely chopped raspberries to blend the flavors without mashing them too much. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or cling film, then spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the tray using a spatula or spoon for a nice, even layer.

2-After that, sprinkle the 1/2 cup of shaved almonds and the remaining raspberries on top to add crunch and color. Cover the tray with cling film and pop it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until it’s fully set. Once frozen, break the mixture into large pieces and serve right away, as they melt quickly keep napkins handy for that fresh, cool bite.
