Description

🥗 This Ranch Pasta Salad Recipe is packed with fresh veggies and a creamy homemade or store-bought ranch dressing for a bright, tasty side dish.
🍅 It’s easy to make, colorful, and perfect for quick meals, picnics, or potlucks with a satisfying mix of flavors and textures.

Ingredients

– 12 ounces tricolor rotini pasta

– 1 cup chopped broccoli

– 1 cup peeled and seeded cucumbers

– 1 cup chopped tomatoes

– ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

– 1¼ cups ranch dressing

– ½ cup mayonnaise

– ½ cup buttermilk

– ¼ cup sour cream

– ½ teaspoon dried parsley

– ½ teaspoon dried dill weed

– ½ teaspoon dried chives

– ½ teaspoon onion powder

– ½ teaspoon garlic powder

– ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

– ¼ teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1-First: cook 12 ounces of tricolor rotini pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente, then drain and rinse it with cold water to keep it from getting mushy.

2-While the pasta cools, dice the vegetables into bite-sized pieces think 1 cup each of chopped broccoli, peeled and seeded cucumbers, and chopped tomatoes for that fresh crunch.

3-In a large bowl, mix the pasta, vegetables, and ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese together evenly.

4-Next, add 1¼ cups of ranch dressing and stir everything to coat it well; use homemade if you want that custom tangy taste.

5-The salad can be served right away or chilled for 1-2 hours to let the flavors blend better. If you refrigerate it longer, stir in a bit more dressing to keep it moist and delicious.

Notes

🥒 Use cold ranch dressing to keep the salad fresh and vibrant.
⏲️ Prepare dry ingredients ahead and add the dressing just before serving for best texture.
🥓 Add optional mix-ins like crispy bacon or chopped red onion for extra flavor and crunch.
