Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2-In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice to make the dry mix.
3-In another bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
