Ingredients
– 4 cups white chocolate chips (24 ounces by weight)
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (8 fluid ounces)
– 2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
– 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
1-Line an 8×8-inch pan: with aluminum foil to make removal easier later on.
2-Stir the sweetened condensed milk: thoroughly in the can before measuring out 1 cup to ensure even consistency.
3-Melt the 4 cups of white chocolate chips and the measured 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk together: over low heat, stirring often until smooth. You can also microwave it at half power for 1 minute, then stir and continue in 30-second intervals until combined the mixture will be thick, so be patient.
4-Stir in the 2 1/2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon of cloves: until everything is fully mixed.
5-Pour the mixture into the prepared pan: and spread it evenly.
6-Refrigerate: for at least 4 hours to let it set properly.
7-Once set, cut into pieces and serve: for a delicious pumpkin dessert ready to enjoy.
