Description

🎃 These Pumpkin Cheesecake Truffles bring rich, creamy fall flavors into a bite-sized treat that’s perfect for seasonal celebrations.
🍫 Their smooth texture combined with pumpkin spice and white chocolate makes them an irresistible indulgence for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon butter

– 4 ounces softened cream cheese

– ½ cup canned pumpkin puree

– 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

– 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

– ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

– ⅓ cup white chocolate chips

– orange food coloring for a brighter color

– Granulated sugar for coating

– Chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

1-Prepare your ingredients: Start with 1 tablespoon butter, 4 ounces softened cream cheese, ½ cup canned pumpkin puree, 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, and 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice in a skillet over medium heat.

2-Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and combines smoothly, which takes about 15 minutes for that perfect prep time.

3-Once thickened, add ½ cup graham cracker crumbs and ⅓ cup white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth; if you like, mix in optional orange food coloring for a fun twist.

4-Cook the mixture until it pulls away from the pan sides, then spread it on a butter-greased baking sheet and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.

5-After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls using buttered hands, coat them in granulated sugar, ridge with a toothpick, and top with chocolate chips.

Notes

🧁 Use sweetened condensed milk for a creamy and thick texture.
❄️ Chill the mixture well for easier rolling and faster setting.
🍬 Roll truffles in sugar just before serving to prevent them from sweating.
