Description

🍫 Indulge in the rich combination of creamy peanut butter and decadent chocolate in a crunchy crust.
🥧 This pie offers a simple no-bake filling perfect for making ahead and impressing guests with minimal effort.

Ingredients

– 25 chocolate sandwich cookies for the crust

– 5 tablespoons salted butter, melted for the crust

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter for the filling

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened (approximately 225 grams) for the filling

– 1¼ cups powdered sugar for the filling

– 8 oz whipped topping, thawed (approximately 225 grams) for the filling

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get that crust just right.

2-Next, crush the 25 chocolate sandwich cookies, including the filling, finely using a food processor, and then transfer them to a bowl for mixing.

3-Stir in the 5 tablespoons of melted salted butter until everything is thoroughly combined, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie plate.

4-Bake the crust for 5 to 7 minutes until it’s set, and let it cool completely before moving on patience is key here!

5-In a separate mixing bowl, beat the 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 8 oz of softened cream cheese until they’re smooth and creamy.

6-Add the 1¼ cups of powdered sugar and keep beating until fully blended.

7-Fold in the 8 oz of thawed whipped topping gently, scraping the sides as needed to make sure it’s all combined evenly.

8-Pour this luscious filling into your cooled crust and smooth the top for a polished look.

9-Finally, chill the pie for at least 4 hours to let it set up perfectly your taste buds will thank you later.

Notes

🥜 Use creamy peanut butter for the smoothest filling; natural versions may cause oil separation.
❄️ Whipped topping provides a light texture and keeps the filling stable better than fresh whipped cream.
🍰 The pie is very rich, so it’s best served in small slices to enjoy its flavor fully.
