Description

Ingredients

– 1 3/4 cups flour

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 cup butter, softened

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup peanut butter

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1 large egg, beaten

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 2 tablespoons milk

– 30-40 miniature unwrapped chocolate-covered peanut butter cups


Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.

2-In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.

3-In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until fluffy.

4-Beat in the beaten egg, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.

5-Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

6-Shape the dough into 1-inch balls.

7-Place each dough ball into a prepared mini muffin cup.

8-Bake for approximately 8 minutes; do not overbake.

9-Remove from the oven and immediately press one miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie ball.

10-Cool completely in the pan before carefully removing the cookies.
