Description

Ingredients

– 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

– 100 ml white wine vinegar

– 1 tsp sugar

– ΒΌ tsp dried red chili flakes

– 1 tbsp American mustard

– 1 tbsp mayonnaise

– 8 slices of toast

– 150 g salt beef slices

– 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

– 100 g dolcelatte cheese

– 8 slices of toast

– 4 fresh figs, sliced

– 2 tbsp honey

– 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

– 50 g sobrasada or ’nduja (spicy meat spread)

– 8 slices of toast

– 120 g white crab meat

– 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

– Zest of 1 lemon

– 100 g feta cheese

– 50 g Greek yogurt

– 8 slices of toast

– 100 g artichoke hearts, sliced

– 6 Peppadew peppers, sliced

– 50 g Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

– 2 tbsp green olive oil

– 100 g soured cream

– 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

– 8 slices of toast

– 150 g smoked salmon

– 4 boiled quail eggs, sliced

– 1 tbsp capers

– 2 tbsp diced red onions

– Celery salt, to taste


Instructions

1-Mix cucumber slices with white wine vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes to pickle them.

2-Combine mustard and mayonnaise and spread it on toast.

3-Layer with salt beef slices, add pickled cucumber on top, and sprinkle with dill.

4-Spread dolcelatte on toast.

5-Arrange fig slices on top.

6-Drizzle honey and finish with thyme leaves.

7-Spread the spicy meat paste on toast.

8-Add crab meat and avocado slices.

9-Finish with lemon zest.

10-Mash feta with Greek yogurt and spread on toast.

11-Top with artichoke hearts, Peppadew peppers, and Kalamata olives.

12-Drizzle with olive oil.

13-Mix soured cream with chopped chives and spread on toast.

14-Top with smoked salmon, sliced eggs, capers, and onions.

15-Sprinkle with celery salt.

16-First, gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace by slicing bread into even pieces and toasting lightly.
