Ingredients

– 4 cups cooked and cooled long grain white or brown rice for a fluffy texture

– 1 cup finely chopped curly parsley for fresh, vibrant flavor and color

– 1/4 cup vegan butter for richness and binding

– 1 tablespoon minced garlic for depth and a subtle kick

– 1/4 teaspoon salt to balance the flavors

– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper for gentle spice


Instructions

1-Melt the 1/4 cup of vegan butter in a large deep skillet over medium heat to create a flavorful base.

2-Add the 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until it’s fragrant but not browned.

3-Gently stir in the 4 cups of cooked and cooled long grain white or brown rice, along with the 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, to coat everything in the garlic butter.

4-Cook the mixture for about 3 minutes, stirring gently, until the rice is heated through and well mixed.

5-Finally, stir in the 1 cup of finely chopped curly parsley, then taste and adjust the seasoning if needed before serving warm or at room temperature.
