Instructions
1-First, rinse the 2-pound steelhead trout fillet under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Remove any large pin bones if you spot them, then season lightly with kosher salt and pepper on both sides. This step ensures the fish cooks evenly and tastes just right.
