Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350-375°F.
2. Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente, then drain and let them cool.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, eggs, minced garlic, and herbs to make the cheese filling.
4. Transfer the cheese filling into a plastic bag and snip off the corner for easy piping.
5. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
6. Fill each cooked shell with the cheese mixture and place them in the baking dish.
7. Pour alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells.
8. Sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs over the top for a crunchy texture.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
10. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Let the pasta shells cool slightly after boiling to make them easier to handle and prevent tearing.
Use a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off to neatly fill the shells with the cheese mixture.
For extra crunch, toast the breadcrumbs before sprinkling them on top of the dish.
