Instructions
1-First, prepare your cooked rice by mixing in the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then let it cool.
2-In a bowl, combine tamari and lime juice for the sauce, and mix mayonnaise with sriracha for the spicy mayo.
3-Lay a nori sheet flat and add rice, followed by strips of cucumber, mango, avocado, and any extras.
4-Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll tightly, sealing with a bit of water if needed.
5-Slice into pieces and serve right away with your sauces.
