Description

Ingredients

– 2 cups of cooked rice

– A splash of rice vinegar

– A pinch of cane sugar

– 2 tablespoons of tamari

– 2 tablespoons of lime juice

– 2 to 3 nori sheets cut into quarters

– Half an English cucumber sliced into strips

– 1 ripe mango sliced into strips

– Half an avocado sliced into strips

– Pickled ginger

– Sesame seeds for sprinkling

– One-third cup of mayonnaise

– 2 teaspoons of sriracha

– Umeboshi paste

– Around 85 grams of baked tofu

– Basil leaves

– Microgreens


Instructions

1-First, prepare your cooked rice by mixing in the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then let it cool.

2-In a bowl, combine tamari and lime juice for the sauce, and mix mayonnaise with sriracha for the spicy mayo.

3-Lay a nori sheet flat and add rice, followed by strips of cucumber, mango, avocado, and any extras.

4-Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll tightly, sealing with a bit of water if needed.

5-Slice into pieces and serve right away with your sauces.
