Instructions

1. Whip 1 cup heavy cream until firm peaks form; refrigerate or prepare whipped topping per package if using.
2. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; let set as per pudding package instructions.
3. Gently fold whipped cream or whipped topping into pudding mixture to maintain light texture.
4. Arrange a layer of graham crackers in a 9×9 or 9×13-inch dish, breaking as needed.
5. Spread half the pudding evenly over graham crackers.
6. Add another graham cracker layer, then spread remaining pudding.
7. Place a final graham cracker layer on top.
