– 1 sheet defrosted puff pastry

– 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 teaspoon water for an egg wash


Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: Getting this mushroom shallot goat cheese dish just right starts with simple steps that anyone can follow. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to set the stage for a flaky crust.

2-Mix the goat cheese: Mix the goat cheese with honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper until it turns creamy and smooth.
