8 sticks mozzarella string cheese each cut in half
1 egg
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line baking sheets.
2-Unroll and separate the dough triangles.
3-Add pepperoni and cheese to each triangle.
4-Roll up the triangles and place on the baking sheet.
5-Brush with egg wash and sprinkle seasonings.
6-Bake for 15 minutes and let cool briefly.
