Instructions

1-Step 1: First, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then dice the chicken and crush the garlic. Chop the cucumber and tomatoes for toppings, and measure out your spices to have everything at hand. This prep work keeps the cooking process efficient and fun, even on busy days.

2-Step 2: Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then stir in the ground turmeric and cumin for that signature Mediterranean Chicken Rice aroma.
