Ingredients

– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey (680 grams)

– 2/3 cup panko or regular breadcrumbs (100 grams)

– 1/2 cup chopped onion (70 grams)

– 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

– 1 tablespoon mustard

– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

– 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper

– 1 egg, lightly beaten

– 1/3 cup brown sugar (73 grams)

– 1/2 cup ketchup (120 grams)

– 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Instructions

1-First Step: Mise en place and preheating Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and nutmeg to prepare the sauce as outlined in the recipe. Measure and mix the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, barbecue sauce, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg in a separate large bowl.

2-Second Step: Combine the ingredients In a large bowl, mix 1 1/2 pounds ground meat or substitute, 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and seasonings until well combined.

3-Third Step: Season and taste Gently combine to avoid overmixing, then press the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.

4-Fourth Step: Bake initially Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and blot any grease with a paper towel.

5-Fifth Step: Add the sauce Spoon the prepared sauce generously over each mini meatloaf.

6-Sixth Step: Continue baking Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F.
