1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup buttery crackers or panko, crumbled and toasted for extra crunch
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Boil gnocchi according to package instructions, strain, and set aside.
