Description

🍔 Loaded Cheeseburger Recipe delivers a juicy, flavorful burger packed with melted mozzarella cheese and classic fresh toppings.
🧀 This recipe keeps the texture tender and the flavors rich with simple, well-balanced ingredients, perfect for any burger lover’s meal.

Ingredients

– 1.3 to 1.5 lbs ground chuck (approximately 590 to 680 grams)

– 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend

– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 56 grams)

– 2 tablespoons steak sauce

– 4 buns

– Lettuce

– TOMATOES

– Sauteed onions

– Mushrooms

– Cheese

– Pickles

– Ketchup

– Mayo

Instructions

1-Preheat grill: Preheat grill to medium/high heat to get that nice char on the patties.

2-Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine 1.3 to 1.5 lbs ground chuck, 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and 2 tablespoons steak sauce. Mix thoroughly until well blended.

3-Form patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 1/3 inch thick. Press an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent puffing during cooking.

4-Grill patties: Grill patties for approximately 6 minutes per side for medium-well doneness. Avoid pressing down on patties while grilling to retain juices.

5-Rotate patties: Rotate patties halfway through grilling each side to create grill marks for an appealing look.

6-Add cheese: During the last minute of grilling, add extra cheese on top if desired to let it melt perfectly.

7-Rest patties: Remove patties from heat and let them rest for a few minutes to keep them juicy.

8-Assemble burgers: Assemble burgers by spreading preferred dressing on the bottom bun, then adding lettuce, sautéed onions, tomatoes, the burger patty with cheese, and finishing with the top bun with dressing.

Notes

🍔 Use fresh ground beef rather than pre-made patties for better flavor and texture.
🧂 Resting patties after cooking helps keep them juicy and tender.
🕒 Patties can be formed ahead of time and refrigerated overnight for improved results.
