Ingredients
All-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
