Instructions

1-Getting started with this Keto Hamburger Broccoli Cheddar casserole is simple and fun. First, prepare your broccoli by cutting it into small florets if necessary, then microwave it for about 5 minutes until it’s tender. Once done, drain it well to get rid of any extra water that could make the dish soggy.

2-Next, cook 1 pound of extra lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for around 5 minutes until it’s browned and crumbled. Add the 14-ounce can of tomato sauce, 1 large stalk of finely chopped celery, 1.5 teaspoons of table salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper to the beef. Let this mixture simmer for at least 10 minutes to thicken and blend the flavors.
