Instructions

1-Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

2-In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, heavy cream (or coconut cream), and a pinch of salt with the egg yolks until smooth.

3-Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture to keep the batter airy and light.
