Ingredients

β Β½ cup raisins
β Β½ cup sunflower seeds
β 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
β ΒΎ cup plain yogurt
β 2 tablespoons milk
β 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
β Β½ cup sugar (or ΒΌ cup honey)
β Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1-Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar: ΒΎ cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, Β½ cup sugar or ΒΌ cup honey, and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.
2-In a large bowl, mix all salad ingredients except the bacon: the chopped Honeycrisp apple, broccoli florets, Β½ cup chopped red onion, Β½ cup raisins, and Β½ cup sunflower seeds. Toss them together gently.
3-Slowly pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Let the salad sit for 30 to 60 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
