Instructions
1-Gather all ingredients and equipment, including fresh lemons, sweetener, water, a pitcher, and a juicer.
2-Roll lemons on the counter, cut them in half, and juice until you have about one cup of fresh lemon juice.
3-In a small saucepan, combine sugar and one cup of water; heat gently until sugar fully dissolves.
4-Pour the simple syrup into a large pitcher, add lemon juice, and the remaining cold water; stir well.
5-Taste and adjust as needed, then serve over ice or chill in the refrigerator.
