Instructions

1-First, marinate 1 lb of raw peeled and deveined shrimp in a mix of 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, and zest from 1 lemon. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature to enhance the taste.

2-Next, prepare the Green Goddess slaw sauce by blending ยฝ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 cup fresh parsley, ยฝ cup scallions, 2 tablespoons fresh dill, 3 cloves garlic, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt until smooth.

3-Set aside one-third of the sauce for topping and toss the rest with 5 cups thinly sliced cabbage.
