Optional toppings: bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, jalapeños, onions, fresh basil, tomatoes, bacon, sausage, chicken, pineapple, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, Provolone, Gouda, Feta, fresh mozzarella, fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, and oregano


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Arrange frozen garlic Texas toast slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to crisp the bread, flipping halfway for extra crispiness.
3. Remove the toast from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over each slice.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
5. Top with pepperoni slices and any additional desired toppings.
6. Return to the oven and bake for another 4 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly browned.
