Cook them in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes, shaking halfway, or roast in the oven at 400-425°F (205-220°C) for 30 minutes, stirring midway for even crispiness.
2-Next, handle the chicken. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of cubed chicken breasts and season with ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is done, then stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and 2-3 tablespoons of garlic parmesan sauce to coat everything nicely.
3-Now, combine it all. Mix the crispy potatoes into the skillet with the chicken. Top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt by broiling or covering on the stove. This takes just a minute or two for that gooey cheese layer.
