Ingredients

Instructions

2-Next: season the chicken strips with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. In the same skillet, heat another 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken in one layer. Cook undisturbed for about 4 minutes, then flip and add the minced garlic, cooking for 2 more minutes.
3-Cooking and Combining Steps: Lower the heat to low and add the lime juice and 2 tablespoons of butter, stirring frequently for another 2 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the garlic softens. Now, mix in the cooked zucchini and corn kernels, followed by the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
