Description

πŸͺ Enjoy safe-to-eat cookie dough without worrying about raw flour or eggs.
🍫 Perfect for satisfying cookie cravings instantly with a fun, no-bake treat.

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat treated by baking at 350Β°F for 6-8 minutes until it reaches 160Β°F and then cooled)

– 1 cup packed brown sugar

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature

– 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons milk (plus more if needed)

– 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

– 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)

– 1 cup unsalted butter

– 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350Β°F and spread the 2 cups of all-purpose flour on a baking sheet. Bake it for 6-8 minutes until it reaches 160Β°F, then let it cool completely this step makes the flour safe for raw eating.

2-Next, in a mixing bowl, cream together the 1 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup packed brown sugar, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This usually takes a couple of minutes with an electric mixer.

3-Then, mix in the 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon salt until well combined. Gradually add the cooled flour, stirring until everything is fully incorporated without overmixing.

4-After that, add 2 tablespoons of milk to bind the dough; if it feels too dry, add more milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches the right consistency. Finally, stir in the 1 cup miniature chocolate chips gently.

5-If the dough feels greasy, chill it in the refrigerator for a bit to firm it up. This recipe is flexible, so you can adjust as needed for texture. Once done, it’s ready to enjoy or store for later.

Notes

🌑️ Heat-treat the flour properly to ensure safety from bacteria.
🧈 Use real butter softened at room temperature for best texture.
πŸ₯› Add milk gradually to avoid overly wet or dry dough, adjust as needed.
