– 1/2 cup brown sugar for spiced sweetness

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon for warm spice

– 1/2 teaspoon ginger for zesty spice

– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg for nutty undertone

– 1 cup grated carrots for moisture and flavor

– 1 cup toasted pecans for crunch

– 3 large eggs for binding

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter for richness

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour for crispy crust

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter for the crust

– 2 cups coconut milk for creamy filling

– 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut for topping

– 1 cup heavy cream for whipped topping

– 3 large eggs for the filling base

– 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate for the first layer

– 8 ounces white chocolate for the second layer

– 1 cup assorted Easter candies such as crushed robin eggs, pastel M&Ms, and sprinkles for topping

Instructions

1-Melt 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

2-Spread the melted chocolate evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3-Melt 8 ounces of white chocolate separately and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before pouring over the first layer to avoid separation.

4-Top with 1 cup of assorted Easter candies like crushed robin eggs and sprinkles, then chill until set.

5-Break into pieces once firm for easy serving.

Notes

🍫 Use pure chocolate bars instead of chips for better melting and flavor.
❄️ Cool melted white chocolate slightly before layering to help the layers stick together.
🧊 Store your candy bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator or a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks, or freeze for up to 2 months.
