Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mini chocolate chips
Instant chocolate pudding mix
Milk
Heavy whipping cream
Powdered sugar
Chocolate ganache
Toffee pieces or crushed candy bars (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to the required temperature and prepare a bundt pan or cake pans by greasing them.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients, including flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and espresso powder.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients such as eggs, mayonnaise, Guinness beer, and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually mix the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
5. Fold in mini chocolate chips for extra chocolatey texture.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake layers to cool completely before assembling.
8. Prepare the chocolate pudding or mousse filling by mixing chocolate pudding mix with milk or melted chocolate with whipped cream.
