Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the crackers in a single layer.
2. In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth and caramel-like.
3. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in milk and vanilla.
4. Add the peanuts and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat.
5. Use a cookie scoop to place a generous amount of the caramel mixture onto each cracker.
6. Allow the cookies to cool completely at room temperature, then store them in an airtight container.
