Description

🍽️ Slow Cooker Kielbasa Bites are a deliciously easy appetizer, perfect for parties and casual gatherings.
🔥 The tangy, sweet sauce enhances the smoky kielbasa flavor, making it an irresistible crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

– 2 pounds kielbasa (can use up to 3 pounds)

– 12 ounces chili sauce

– 1 cup barbecue sauce

– 1 cup grape jelly

– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

– ½ teaspoon garlic powder

– ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1-First, spray the slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.

2-Then, cut the kielbasa into bite-size pieces and place them in the slow cooker for even cooking.

3-Next, in a bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, barbecue sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

4-Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa in the slow cooker and stir gently to coat everything. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the kielbasa is heated through and tender.

5-Finally, serve it as an appetizer or with rice for a simple dinner that impresses your guests.

Notes

🕒 This recipe is foolproof and great for game days, chilly weekends, and busy weeknights.
🍇 Solid grape jelly will dissolve during cooking, adding natural sweetness.
🌶️ Add hot sauce if you prefer a spicier kick.
